• Pets are not allowed. We love pets but our farm has a lot of farm fowls like ducks, turkey, hen, guinea fowls etc. We have had incidents where the farm fowls were attacked by the visiting pets and since then we have a no pets policy.
  • Guests are not allowed to cook in the farm. They can bring food from outside or order from the Farm’s kitchen. They can use the microwave in the cottage to heat the food. Any requests to heat outside food in the farm’s kitchen can be fulfilled at an additional cost
  • All food orders are taken in advance. The ingredients are procured from a nearby town and it takes for the cook to get the ingredients, prepare them and then cook. He has to do all by himself and we need time in hand to serve you fresh, hot and delicious food.
  • Food orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please check for the portion sizes when in doubt.
  • BBQ grill, marinated food items will be provided but the grilling has to be done by the guests.
  • Guests have to pay for any damages they inflict on the property.
  • ID cards are to be furnished at the time of booking
  • Bookings can be cancelled upto 3 days prior to the date of check-in. Any cancellations after that period will not be refunded.
  • There is no life guard at the pool. Guests are requested to follow safety rules in the pool.
  • Breakfast will be served between 8 AM – 10:30 PM. Breakfast will not be served beyond these hours and guests are not allowed to take any take aways from the breakfast spread.
  • Lunch will be served between 1 PM – 4 PM and Dinner will be served between 7 PM – 10:30 PM based on the orders from the menu.
